There are no refunds for ice slots purchased

Please read the rescheduling guidelines

• Studio Ice

• Only to be used for hockey practice/skills.

• No Organized Games and or Scrimmages are permitted.

• Max 5 Skaters per rental.

• Shooting can only be done in the direction of the rink glass at the far end of the ice.

• Misuse of Studio Rental will result in removal from ice.

• Rescheduling is fairly easy for the Studio - Send an Email to:  Lauren.Shockley@BAMarena.com

• No time restrictions on studio reschedule 

• Full Sheet Purchase 

• Exchanges are possible if a request sent by email to Lauren.Shockley@bamarena.com

  at least 30 days before originally scheduled ice time.

  No exchanges if the exchange request is received less than 30 days prior.
